Build Your Princess Party Online
Plan your child's princess party from your phone or computer, at your own pace. Choose your princess, backdrop, balloons, entertainment and finishing touches, watch your estimated total update as you go, then send us your request.
We confirm availability and final pricing with you before anything is booked.
How It Works
Six simple steps, and you can go back and change anything before you send it.
-
Choose Your Princess
Pick the princess characters you'd like at your party, as many as you like, and a princess party theme to match.
-
Pick Your Backdrop
Choose a backdrop shape, size and color or style to set the scene for photos, or skip it.
-
Add Balloon Décor
Select a balloon design and size, then one of our color themes or your own custom colors.
-
Choose Entertainment
Add a puppet show, face painting, a glitter hair bar or a balloon artist. Each includes 1.5 hours, and you can add time in 30-minute steps.
-
Add Finishing Touches
Tables, chairs, linens, props and other add-ons, plus delivery, setup and pickup. Have ideas from Pinterest? Upload up to 10 inspiration photos.
-
Review & Send Your Request
Check your party, edit any part, then choose your date, time and location. We'll contact you to confirm availability and final pricing.
Plan Your Party at Your Own Pace
Build your party whenever it suits you, from your phone or computer. The builder walks you through each part of the celebration, shows a preview of your choices and keeps a running estimated total, so you can try ideas and adjust them until the party feels just right.
A Princess Party Styled for Your Family
Start with a princess party theme and the builder suggests a princess and colors to match. From there, every choice is yours: add more princesses, change the backdrop, pick balloon colors that match your invitations and share inspiration photos so we can see your vision.
For children with sensory sensitivities, the booking step includes optional questions about sound, music volume and lighting, so we can plan a calmer party together. Learn more about our sensory-friendly parties.
What Happens After You Send It
Your request comes straight to our team. We'll reach out to confirm your date, go over the details and finalize pricing, and nothing is booked until we have. Prefer to talk first, or planning something other than a princess party? Send us an inquiry and we'll plan it with you.

Questions & Answers
Do I pay anything online?
No. Sending your party is a request, not a booking. We'll contact you to confirm availability and final pricing before anything is booked.
Is the total I see the final price?
It's an estimate that updates as you build. Final pricing is confirmed with you before booking, and items marked Request a Quote are priced with your booking.
Can I change my choices?
Yes. On the review step, tap Edit on any part of your party. You can also switch to a different princess theme at any time, and your princesses, décor and other choices stay as they are.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Delivery, setup and pickup are available across our service areas, and the fee is calculated from your event location.
My child has sensory needs. Can I tell you?
Yes. The booking step has an optional Sensory-Friendly Party section for sound, music volume, lighting and anything else you'd like to share. Our event planning team reads every note and will talk with you about what we can arrange.
What if I'm not planning a princess party?
You can also use the builder just for backdrops, balloon décor, entertainment and add-ons. For other themes, corporate events or anything custom, tell us about your event and we'll plan it with you.
